Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my nomination for re-election as Britain's Governor.

It has been a pleasure to serve the citizens of Britain and listen to the suggestions given to improve our city, especially the Trade Deal program.

I hope you will consider voting to re-elect me so that together we can continue to petition for more city improvements. Some of our requests have been granted, such as; removing the daily taxation on the city stone balance which is implemented in publish 83. Our petition for a 'City Hall' (where communication will be easier for all) as well as the request for a bulletin board and ballot box has also been approved. For details go to www.uo.com

Our next major concern is petitioning them to let our citizens choose their own Trade Deal buffs instead of it being just one buff delegated. With this option every Brit citizen can pick which buff they would like to utilize for a 24 hour time period.

Also, it has been suggested that instead of the Governors being responsible for the 2 million gold per trade deal, whether renewing or changing, that the buffs be priced a certain amount for the trade deal they choose. This idea is on the drawing board and suggestions are still being solicited.

Some ideas that I as your Governor would like to present on behalf of the city include a moongate at W. Brit Bank which was overlooked during the renovations a few years back. Also, in order to promote the diversity of Britain and its unique locations request a runebook be placed in a convenient location for everyone who visits or lives in Britain to use.

And I would like to plan a boat parade to promote the seas around Britain and the benefits of sailing and fishing our beautiful waters. Another idea is to present a City Olympics where we can compete with other cities during a special time of year. These are just a couple ideas that Brit citizens have suggested... and there are more. As your Governor I will work hard to promote our wonderful city and work hard to bring about as many improvements as possible. All we can do is ask and all they can do is say ... maybe ... *grins*

Thank you for your time and I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

I would like to take this time and introduce myself as a candidate for the Governor of Britain.

1. I would like to see Britain come back to life like it was in days gone by this will be hard but if We work together all things are possible

2. If I am elected I would offer a monthly Britain Citizen meeting followed by a citizen Hunt to bring the people of Brit closer together.

3. Trade Deals are very important to the citizens and as we know some of our suggestions have gone unheard.
Untill your/our voices are heard we must do what will be best for the majority.

4. How would you like a one stop location for your needs?

5. As you know the main spellweaving buff Focus point is located in Britain.
If we must keep only one Buff per town, My plan is to have a Spell damage increase with your support this will not only help the citizens but every spellweaver on Sonoma.
This will make it very easy or all spellweavers of Sonoma to receive both buffs at the same location.

6. In closing if i am elected I will do my best to support you the citizens and I will try to make a difference.

On behalf of both Britain Governor candidates Thank you all for your votes to whomever you may choose.
Queen Mum thank you for this oportunity.

I encourage more folks to get out and run for the various governorships. If several cities have no candidates, it makes it easy for a lamer to get voted in at the last minute.

Best of luck to everyone that has signed up to run! I would greatly appreciate updates on candidates as was the case in the last election (including their guild if possible).

Ciara, do you or others have friends on other shards that need some PAS votes like we did the last election?

Hail KD! Thanks so much for asking about the other shards. There are two candidates I am supporting on Atlantic, and they could really use votes. The first is Sage, running for Skara Brae. His guild and the various members are dedicated to helping new and returning players get on their feet. The other candidate is Andrasta running in New Magincia. She holds and operates the best rune library on Atlantic, and has set up an absoutely amazing teleporter hub to help people get around. If anyone can spare time to help out these folks on another shard, it would be greatly appreciated by them, and by myself as well. This election is even more hotly contested than last election, and every vote will count. Thanks very much!

ok finished voting on Atlantic, 8 accounts = 8 votes for each of those candidates, Ciara.

I encourage other PAS to take the time to go there and vote to support Ciara's friends.
