Werid UO Rune Book Bug

I am writing this bug here cause i have reported it a few times to UO but it still isnt fixed so now im wondering if its just me....
Now i found it on sonoma and now on mizuho

I am running the 2d client

When recalling to my house in luna if i cast the recall spell and target the rune book that the rune is set to the default the spell will fizzle every time stating that the rune is blocked. Now at first i was thinking it was a house issue because the rune i was recalling on was marked in the house. but it just did it multiple times on Mizuho when i was recalling onto a rune that was marked by the moon gate.

Now here is the weird part of the bug. If i open the rune book and flip to the page that the rune is on and click the recall dot it works every time. I have litterly tried to recall on the book. had it Fizzle stating the spot was blocked. immidatly opened the book and recalled using the dot and poof perfect recall I checked the area and there is absolutely nothing around to block me. I took two steps away recalled targeting the book and again fizzle spot blocked.

I have tried this on guys with 50 magery all the way up to guys with 110 magery and i get the exact same results

ok well the problem is EC didn't work on my computer I did a new video card just recently and EC finally works on my system. But i retested it using the EC and it made no difference at all. So its differently not a client issue.

maybe try remarking a rune and replacing the rune in that book?

Or just dropping it, then adding it back to the runebook might trigger a fix?

Ive tried that all ready it fixes it but only for a day or so then it breaks again
