Where do we find "academic book"?

Hi! I understand there is a new craftable called an academic bookshelf. It requires boards and an "academic book" to build. Can anyone tell me where one finds the academic book?

From what I can tell it is a level 8 artifact that spawns in Bedlam, most reports say only champ area but others say there is a second spawn location in the city as well. Looks like it is a stealable but and since it is level 8, it will only respawn after 8 days from last time it was taken.

Perhaps someone has an idea on the specific spawn locations, but I am with the rest of the community that an ingredient for a craftable that only spawns 3 times a month is pretty sad.

they spawn in bedlam, one is inside the library area of the bedlam CS, the other is [I heard] in the main building, since they are level 8 artifact it requires GM or higher skill in stealing. Also the spawning around is the worse I have every seen. As much as I love to have full bookcases on display I'm not about to camp Bedlam for those books.

I hope that they increase the spawning of the books in other locations for folks so all can get the full bookcases. Its a real shame, that one of the 11th anniv items given to the Asia shards [the new box set in Japan] has the very same bookcase as a reward. Also there been talk for ages of allowing us to buy those gifts, but nothing has been seen yet at UO.com.
