Wind chill calculator

Postby Damien Kilcannon » Thu Jan 31, 2008 3:29 am

My wife and I were discussing the weather for tomorrow and I mentioned that I would like to know the formula used to determine the wind chill factor. So I decided to google it and found this site...very interesting...The graph is simple and easy to understand...Under the graph I found the formula used and quickly decided it made no sense to me but figured I didn't need it with the graph there for me...Then I scrolled down and saw the calculator at the bottom...Thought I would share...

It is drizzling rain, sleet, snow. Wait, nobody paid attention so it just quit doing anything. Sun went down. Goodnight.
