vendor's selling candle quest items

Just came across a vendor selling the tears so that you don't have to take the stat loss yourself. Only asking 3 mill per tear. Also sells the alacrity scolls for 6 mill and up. Anyone that can afford to spend 6 million on 15 minutes of skill gain may just have too much money.
