Does anybody know Soul Brother?

There is an empty castle just south of my keep on fel Ice Island (couple screens south of Deceit) owned by Soul Brother. Does anyone know who that is? I would like to make them an offer on it.

I haven't heard of them, but you might put a book on their steps or on the ice to let them know u are interested. Maybe drop one for a week in a row and see if they show up sometime.
