My mic does not work and i know there are a couple of us in the same boat.
so i decided to do this How to to show exactly how to do the built in Ventrilo
text to speech function.

Its a very involved processes and i hope i have explained it well enough
for any one to fallow.

but i would like to also do a contrast on a very similar program
It does every thing that Ventrilo does but 1 huge exception

its text to speech is set up in a way that you can use it
like a chat room you simply type in the chat box and press enter and it
auto broadcasts it using the text to speech

anyways hopefully the how to is useful to any one that needs it
and with the contrast with the other program
I am wanting to ask if we could explorer the idea
of switching to that one.

I used this on Siege as well and is pretty good
