People's Army of Sonoma

I looted this ring a couple months ago and I have been dying to tell someone about it. I don't even remember what I looted it from now. It may have been one of the Crimsons during a Royal Guard event. Check this out:

The ring is an Antique Legendary Artifact with the following:

Stamina Increase 4
Faster Cast Recovery 3

Is that incredible or what?! Needless to say, I used a Bless deed on it.
