Talk about anything that's clean.

that does royally suck, Maldar. I cannot possibly imagine how horrible this has been for you. Keep positive thoughts, as difficult as that may be. All of us here in PAS think about you every day.
A friend of mine that was going through a horrible time in life once told me his philosophy in looking back at what he went through. It was nothing like what you are dealing with, but for him it was a feeling that he was literally in hell every day.
His quote, to the best of my recollection: "At some point I realized that anyone in hell, where I was, would have to literally go through hell to get out. Once I realized this, my focus changed from my location, to my destination. From that point forward, the journey didnt bother me because I knew I would someday get out, and I did."
Hang in there, my friend, and be strong. You know how I throw buckets of water on people that get into arguments here? And you know about that endless decanter? Well, all of us have endless buckets of water that we will throw on you as you keep going on your journey. The destination is well worth it.
*throws another bucket of cool water on Maldar*
And quit thinking about the red headed nurse!
*throws another bucket of water on Maldar*

Kristen our hearts, minds and prayers are with you and dad ... now and always ...
Isaiah 40:31 .... God's Care
They that hope in the Lord will renew their strength, they will soar as with eagle's wings; They will run and not grow weary, walk and not grow faint.
Divine Physician and Healer of the sick, we turn to you in this time of illness. Comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. God, we place our worries in your hands. We place our sick under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant Bob to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us. Amen.
