ok, so what i'm wondering is how the swing speed increase relates to the swing speed?

what i would think for instance is

swing speed increase 25% + swing speed 4s = swing speed 3s

is this correct? has anyone tested it?

and i know there may be other factors to your swing speed, just wondering about this one.

Final Weapon Speed = Weapon Speed * Swing Speed Increase % item bonus

Swing Delay = (Floor ( 80000 / ( [Stamina + 100] * Final WeaponSpeed) ) / 4) - 0.5
