viewtopic.php?f=41&t=7296PAS joined the “evil” side of the Followers of Armageddon (FOA) scenario that UO ran. The scenario had the FOA as a group of traitors that Lord British wanted dead. Of course, as Lord British was the traitor to KD and the people of Sonoma (in the KD story), it made perfect sense to join that side. Our logic was maybe LB feared that the armageddon spell that the FOA were working on might counteract his spell over the people of Sonoma that made them forget who KD and PAS were.
PAS was in two battles in the FOA scenario, and both times FOA “won” the event. This caused some panic on the part of the UO gms, as that side was not supposed to win. KD was summoned to discuss negotiating having PAS drop from the FOA side, as we were seen as “ruining the balance”. Soon thereafter the scenario ended in Sonoma.

true story - I was summoned to discuss PAS leaving the FOA side of that event. I was considered the ultimate "traitor" to the UO gms (by roleplaying the true King of Sonoma as opposed to Lord British), and our presence (along with 3 other Sonoma Alliance good aligned allied guilds) on the "bad guys side" (FOA), was determined to be "unbalancing" the event on Sonoma.
I was told "all the other shards were "cooperating" by having the "good guys" (Lord British) win the events. On Sonoma, we were able to win each of the events, and it was causing heartburn. I demanded several silly things that I knew they could not meet before we would withdraw. I demanded that PAS members would have access to all chests in Nujelm as if they were additional banks for our members (unlimited capacity). I also demanded that they remove the guards from Nujelm, as it belonged to PAS. I also demanded that only PAS members be allowed to gate or recall into Nujelm. All others had to arrive by boat *smiles*.
I was shocked when they said they didn't think they could remove the guards from Nujelm, but they would discuss it and get back to me. DOH! That meant they might consider the other 2 demands???? rofl, the event ended earlier on Sonoma than many expected, so we never got a final decision. We all assumed that was their answer to my demands (just take their ball and go away). I treated that like just another victory for PAS. Ah, the good old days.
