Host homes are available if you would like to place a vendor for free (no rental charges) ... If you already have a home in Tokuno and would like to participate give me a hollar and we will fill you in on all the details
Friday night, 9pm CT, will be the grand opening. On Saturday and Sunday we will be doing special events, and Monday ends the Clutter Buster sale ...
For those folks who have signed up for vendors, contact me and we will set a time to place your vendor/s on or before 12pm CT Friday (so you will have lots of time to get ready).

UCBS Sale Daze Events!!
Posted: Wed May 23, 2007 7:37 pmJoin in the fun, games and savings as [UCBS] presents their annual "Clutter Busters Yard Sale" beginning Friday, May 25th (5:00pm PT, 7:00pm CT, 8:00pm ET) through Monday, May 28th (12:00pm PT, 2:00pm CT, 3:00pm ET) in Tokuno.
During the "Clutter Busters" Yard Sale there are several special events in store:
On Friday, May 25th, before you browse the Clutter Buster Vendors on opening night receive a special treat ~ A 'Welcome To The Neighborhood' Gift bag, ~ compliments of the host homes, vendor owners, and the United Clutter Busters of Sosaria [UCBS]. The welcome to the neighborhood committee will be at the Tokuno Bank from 5:00pm - 7:00pm Pacific. (7pm-9pm CT, 8pm-10pm ET)

Then on Saturday, May 26th, while shopping for door buster SALES, skilled crafters will be on hand at the United Clutter Buster of Sosaria [UCBS] host house to repair your tattered items for FREE, and hand out FREE repair deeds from 1:00 pm to 2:30pm PT (3pm - 4:30pm CT, 4pm - 5:30pm ET). Look for the UCBS initials on the house roof located just outside the east gate of Tokuno.
Following the get to know your skilled crafter time, get ready for a mad dash foot race around Tokuno to find the dropped litter boxes with special gifts and compete in the annual water barrel foot race for special grand prizes. Meet at [UCBS] host house at 2:30pm Pacific. (4:30 CT, 5:30 ET)
Starting at 4:00pm Pacific (6pm CT, 7pm ET) at the [UCBS] host house, head for the 2nd floor and enjoy the antics of 'Let's Make A Deal' where you can win fabulous prizes including checks for 1 million in gold!! *Sponsored by the participants of the 4th Annual Clutter Buster Sale.
After the 'Let's Make A Deal' event, head to the roof of the [UCBS] host house where there is even more fun starting at 5:30pm Pacific (7:30pm CT, 8:30 ET), and test your aiming skills during the Mongbat Darting Competition. Everyone is a prize winner, but only one will walk away with the title 'Best Mongbat Clutter Buster" and 500K in gold.
To round out the evening, the Peoples Army of Sonoma [PAS] are hosting a Throw Down the GAUNTLET party!!. They will begin gating us from the [UCBS] host house in Tokuno at 7:00pm Pacific (9pm CT, 10pm ET). Thank you PAS for your continued support in sponsoring another wonderful event!

On Sunday after you check out the super blow out Clutter SALES enjoy a special prepared Brunch of wine, cheese, breads (careful, you might find a blue bread in your basket), and of course cookies, while participating in the ever favorite ~ UO Trivia Contest, and some 'Beat the Dealer' fun! So, head over to the [UCBS] host house in Tokuno at Noon Pacific (2pm CT, 3pm ET), and enjoy the special treats with some fun game action.
After brunch, and stealing some more deals off the Clutter Buster Vendors, join us at the bridge in Tokuno for a little FISHING for GOLD. Where you will have the opportunity to fish for your favorite aquarium fishies, as well as venture off for a fishing derby and be rewarded for the 'biggest catch' of the hour award. Fishing derby starts at 2:00pm Pacific (4pm CT, 5pm ET) on the bridge in Tokuno.
Last but not least, the annual Tour of the Weird on Sonoma begins 4:00pm Pacific (6pm CT, 7pm ET). We will set off from the Tokuno bridge and head for parts unknown, and learn some special things about the locations along the way. You will receive a special 'Tour of the Weird Wave on Sonoma' bag to help you with this unusual adventure.
