Re: I've made my decision, I'm quitting.good for you
every time i try to quit.... someone throws a pack of smokes at my head halfway through the day But I do not smoke at all during work hours and i only use five a day at home So close, no matter how far. Couldn't be much more from the heart. Forever, trust in who we are. And nothing else matters
Re: I've made my decision, I'm quitting.Well, I'm pretty much out of the woods now. I was a bear to deal with for a while there. My wife was awesome, locked me in my office the day I decided to quit. I started drinking. Needless to say, there was an inability to drive coupled with a desire for smokes later that day, which my wife happily refused to get for me and sent me back to my office.

Re: I've made my decision, I'm quitting.Awesome! Great to hear!
So that nasty stuff you're undoubtedly hacking up right about now will go away after a week or a week and a half. Then your breathing starts getting easier after a month or so. That's when it gets easy, when you start really seeing the benefits.
Re: I've made my decision, I'm quitting.I haven't had pneumonia or pleurisy since I quit.
