PAS meetup at KDs RL house June 21-24, 2007 ...

I will be hosting a PAS meetup at my RL house in Austin, Texas (Round Rock actually, just north of Austin) from Thursday June 21 thru Sunday June 24, 2007.

I can prob offer 5-6 slots to sleep at my house, plus maybe 1-2 more if they are fine with a sleeping bag etc. Any others might need to stay at a nearby hotel, Ill pitch in some money to help those folks that end up needing the hotel.

Ill be happy to pick up anyone at the Austin-Bergstrom airport, and shuttle people from a local hotel (theres a lot of nice ones nearby). Ill feed everyone, and then plan on everyone heading to San Antonio that Friday to go to Sea World. I can prob pitch in a few bucks towards each of those tickets, but the rest would need to come from anyone coming with us.

So cmon folks, drive, fly, take a train, a bus, etc, and come see how KD lives in RL ... come see the awesome KD land in the garage room converted to an internet network heaven *smiles*.

Come see Princess Katie and Kelli in Rl, come meet Toots, KD's wife (Janice) ... who tolerates all the time he spends ingame.

Post here if u think u might come, and then as time gets closer lets get some confirmations going. Thanks, hope to see a bunch here! (And this is open to any UO player btw, not just PAS).

Yeah.. I have that weekend off.. and the vacation time saved for Thurs and Friday. Will have to see since Damien just started a new job. We would love to meet everyone.

I might be able to make it along with my wife and baby, if you don't mind having a baby there...

It's dependent on money, gotta figure out a way to get there, but if we have the money we'll be there.

sure thing, Jr, no worries there, everyones invited ... the only thing is anyone staying here at the house needs to know its non smoking inside please (we have a decent sized back porch out back for smokers), and we do have 2 dogs, so if anyones alergic to dogs then we might need to work something out.

Otherwise everyones invited to come, except zogs *smiles*.

I'm highly allergic to dogs, if you keep a clean house (vacuum often) and such I can be OK with my meds, otherwise I am screwed and will spend the weekend rubbing my eyes and sneezing, hehe.

If I remember correctly, the dining area is carpeted, but most of the house is wood floor or similar surface (cement in the garage/computer room, etc)

if the dog hairs are an issue, we can have the entire place cleaned professionally the day before folks get here (Janice would love that anyways) .... plus if we need to we can send them to grandmas house or the vets for the weekend.

Katie also has 2 rats and each of my daughters has a guineau pig as well, thats the only other things in the house with fur.

okay so in other words im gonna have to make sure i get some nicotine gum and be spending lots of time on the back porch....do we have enough cable to run me a line out to the back porch...lol



i hope you guys know that i plan on not smoking by the time june arrives....tis gonna be fun learning to live without nicotine again
